Kevin Pledges to Sign Up 15 People as Patrons of the Buwan Kothi Community Library

Kevin Blowe pledges to find 15 people who will agree to sign up as Patrons of the Buwan Kothi Community Library, which the Trust plans to include in the resource centre it is raising funds to build in the next 12 months.
